Orders and Shipping
Orders typically take 1-2 business days to process. Once shipped, delivery times depend on your location. For domestic shipping within the United States, it usually takes 3-5 business days. International orders may take 7-13 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
You can create an account by clicking the “Sign Up” button at the top right of our website. Simply provide your name, email address, and create a password. Once registered, you can manage your orders, view your purchase history, and save shipping details for future orders.
To change your shipping address, log in to your account and go to the “Account Settings” or “Address Book” section. You can edit or add new addresses here. If your order has already been placed, please contact our customer support as soon as possible to update your address before the order ships.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package via the shipping carrier’s website. If your order arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by offering a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

If you realize you entered the wrong shipping address after placing your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to update the address. Yes, we do offer pre-orders for select items that are temporarily out of stock. Pre-order availability will be listed on the product page. Once the item becomes available, it will be shipped to you immediately. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your pre-order has been dispatched.
